What's the difference between in-person and online channel registration?

By attending in-person, you'll get to experience the presentations live, the opportunity to ask presenters questions and engage with sponsors and exhibitors. It'll also be a fantastic opportunity to network with other delegates. The interactive workshops and occupation stations will only be accessible in-person.

If you can't attend, the online channel provides the opportunity to watch pre-recorded presentations, view brochures and videos from exhibitors. You'll also be able to connect with other delegates who are participating online.


If I attend in person, can I access the online channel?

Yes, all registered delegates will have access for 45 days post-event to the content from the days they attended. However, not all of the presentation content will be available on the online channel.


What if I need to cancel my registration?

You can cancel and receive a full refund - less an administration fee of $150 inc GST -  30 days prior to the event. You need to cancel in writing - you can email us at info@otaus.com.au.

No refund will be given for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another delegate. For more detail, see the full registration terms and conditions.


Is there a group discount available?

Yes, groups of five or more attendees from the same organisation will receive a 5% discount to the group if their booking is paid for in a single transaction.

Please note: All group members must be have the full registration type (so not students or new graduates).


If I can't attend, can I transfer my registration?

Yes, if your registration is fully paid, you can transfer it to another person at least 30 days prior to the event. To do this, you must advise OTA by email.

Do you offer a pass to access the exhibition only?

No, the exhibition is available to conference delegates only.


Can I claim CPD hours for attending?

Yes, you can claim CPD hours based on your individual participation. There's more detailed information on the CPD page.


Will speaker presentations be available online after the event?

Pre-recorded oral presentations and ePoster displays will be available to view via the online channel for 45 days post event.

Please note:

  • Workshops and occupation stations will not be available online
  • Some keynote and invited speaker recordings will only be available for 24-48 hours post-presentation
  • Not all presentations will be available

Do you need to pre-register for each session or workshop?

No, you can attend the presentation, workshop or occupation station of your choosing on the day.


Where can I find a copy of my tax invoice?

When you complete your online registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tax invoice attached. (If you haven't seen it, please check your junk/spam folder.)

For group registrations, a tax invoice will be sent to the group coordinator.


I'm interested in volunteering at the conference, what do I do?

Complete the expression of interest form and indicate you are interested to hear more about volunteering. We will then send you information once applications are open.
